Vinyasa simply means connecting your movements to your breath. Get on your mat and out of your head. Designed for all levels with modifications offered consistently. Come as you are and flow with us.
Who doesn't want to get their yoga on after a long day at work? Students will have a blast flowing to tunes by various artists during this vinyasa flow class. An hour- long version of our signature Open Flow class, we'll warm up, flow, & cool down with savasana. Appropriate for those with knowledge of the basics of yoga. Modifications offered throughout class.
Wake Up, Yogis! Start your day off on the right foot. Our Wake Up Flow is designed to get you out of bed and align your body, your mind, your chakras, your chi, your third eye, you name it. One hour start to finish, enjoy flowing and building strength. You’ll leave oh sooooo satisfied and ready to take on your day. We’ve got a place to change and toiletries to send you on your way.
Explore your strength with our Spicy flow. Like Noodlehead's Spice level 5+, you will feel the burn. :) Journey through a faster moving flow with creative transitions creating shapes that ultimately build toward a peak pose. Plenty of inversions and arm-balance play along the way! All Levels welcome but this class is best suited to those students who have a regular practice and are ready to take it to the next level.
Our 'come as you are' yoga attitude takes you DEEP into the flow while keeping you real. An inspirational practice with a soulful twist, you can expect a creative sequence that evolves and builds on the foundations of the flow. Come in, be moved and inspired in this energetic, purifying, mind-body experience. Class will close with a sprinkle of yin/restorative yoga and soothing and relaxing Savasana. Put on some Gangsta Rap and handle it. A strong Vinyasa flow set to a Hip Hop & R&B playlist, this class is driven by a passion for yoga and music. You’ll flow along to the latest beats, building intensity, heat, and strength. Though seemingly unconventional, the marriage of Hip Hop music and Vinyasa flow is all about good vibes, energy and letting go of expectations of yourself and others.
This is more than a guided meditation. This is a group energy healing & activation session that empowers you as the healer of your life. You are guided to visualize energy and imagery for the purpose of cleansing, clearing, and elevating your conscious state of awareness. It is our hope that what you learn in session, you will also apply at home for your ongoing spiritual ascension. Class is Free to sign up. Pay what you can.

This class is an all levels Vinyasa flow that has everything you need to connect, recharge, and chill out. It's all about having fun, and honoring each other by breathing together with gratitude. Suitable for all levels.
You gotta start somewhere! This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of Vinyasa Flow. Class is a bit slower paced than an all-levels class, and focuses on developing alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes; you just have to be willing to try.
You love your yoga, and sometimes you want and/or need it on the smoother, more mellow side. Om Gentle is a calming, stress-relieving yoga class designed to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Props such as straps, yoga blankets and blocks will be offered for modifications. Especially for those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.
