Reiki Training

If you can listen to what your body is telling you, you can shift your energy and therefore, shift your experiences. If you ever felt like you want to get your body on board, this training is your launchpad. Created and led by Paige Creamer of MoonBaby MethodWorks, the Reiki Training Series combines the foundations of Usui Reiki principles and "Embodied Energetics" with profound integration practices to bring what you learn not only into your life, but into your being, as well. Experience the power of energetics and energy work through study, practice, and intentional experience. Reiki is the universal life force energy present in and available to all, no matter what. Likewise, this training is open to all individuals seeking to develop a relationship with the energy around and within them. Through lecture, discussion, reflection, and practical application, you will expand your energetic awareness.

Next Training Reiki 2 — MoonBaby MethodWorks

Distance work, boundaries, and the next layer of presence.

Reiki 2 is where your practice stops being “something you learned once” and becomes something you can actually use — in your day, in your relationships, in your body, and in the real world.

This level builds on your Reiki 1 foundation and takes you into the mechanics of distance work, energetic boundaries, and the first layer of symbol study. You’ll learn how to read the “route” of a session — how energy moves through the chakra map, how to sequence a practice that makes sense, and how to stay steady while you’re holding space for someone else.

All Applicants must be Reiki 1 certified prior to the start of training to join the Reiki Level 2 Training. If you are not yet certified in Reiki Level 1, check back this spring for Reiki Level 1 session dates or join our OM Grow Reiki 1 module.

MoonBaby MethodWorks takes a different approach to Reiki training, rooted in the belief that Reiki Energy is present in all things, it should be taught for all people - not one kind of person. The training focuses on integration, embodiment, and takes esoteric concepts and makes them come to life in your own body. so that we can live in deeper connection to ourselves, our lives, and the world around us.

WHO IS MOONBABY REIKI TRAINING FOR?

This training is open to anyone and designed for those who:

• have never even heard of Reiki before
• have an existing relationship with Reiki energy
• wish to learn the tools and techniques to use energy work on themselves
• want to offer Reiki sessions to friends, family, clients - or pets!
• desire to become certified in Reiki Levels 1, 2, or 3 with ongoing rolling sessions.
• are already certified/ attuned but crave a deeper, more embodied experience for themselves and those they serve.

WHAT SETS MOONBABY REIKI TRAINING APART FROM OTHERS? 

• Discover and cultivate an intimate relationship with your own energetic field. Students learn energetic hygiene and self care practices, as well as how to tailor these to their own needs

‍The Attunements: You will undergo a Reiki Attunement as part of your training. Prior to your attunement, we will go over:

• Preparing for your Attunement
• What to Expect
• Care After your Attunement

‍Practicums: Before receiving your certification, you will perform one 30 minute Reiki session for feedback.

‍Minimum Applied Hours and Self Study: You will be expected to engage with this practice all throughout your training, so that it becomes part of your daily life. You will keep a journal throughout the course. You will be expected to write a brief reflection for each lesson, which we will discuss together. This is an important part of your training!

‍Integration Support Sessions: Throughout your training, I will be available for additional support, guidance, and to be a resource as you apply and integrate the training.  Each week, I will be available during designated virtual “office hours” via text, call, and/ or email on a first come, first serve basis. In the month following the completion of the course and your Level 1 Certification, you will also have a virtual check-in to support your independent integration and personal practice
