It is the season of late winter. It is natural to feel heavy, sluggish and congested due to the accumulation of Kapa Dosha in our body. Ayurvedic science provides us the tools to counter the feelings of this winter hibernation mode, helping us rejuvenate and restore. This workshop will focus on practices that stimulate, cleanse, lighten, our body/ mind. We will begin with a yin yoga sequence followed by a guided ayurvedic foot massage & meditation. Bring a journal, yoga mat, socks and some layers to keep you warm.

We always think of doing yoga with a mat. What if you didn't use a mat and wore socks? We know it sounds strange, but this can be a fantastic way to tap into your muscle energy to pull yourself to the midline. For this workshop, Suzanne will guide you through core strength exercises, and fun ways to move around with just a pair of socks and NO MAT. The floor is our mat. The possibilities are limitless!
