Ready to turn up the heat? The Om Lounge Sculpt Method© isn’t your average workout. It’s a one-of-a-kind fusion of yoga, strength, and cardio designed to build resilience in both body and mind. Join us for a weekend course, led by Suzanne Nagel, Founder of The Om Lounge, and Claudette Minnotte, Sculpt Master Trainer, to learn how to teach our original, creative method. Our Yoga Sculpt is a unique fusion of foundational yoga poses, strength training, and cardio using weights, bands, and balls - developed through years of teaching and refining at one of Pittsburgh’s most dynamic yoga communities. This weekend module will cover movement principles, sequencing and structure, teaching methodology, transitions, and how to use equipment and props. You’ll leave not only with a certification, but also with a clear, marketable skillset that allows you to confidently teach sculpt anywhere.
What to know:
Do I have to be a YOGA TEACHER already? NO, but if you are, you can use this module as CEU or as part of your 300 hour track in OM GROW!
Do I have to be a Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer already? NO.
Is this a Physical Training? YES, we will be moving around.
How many classes should I have taken or how strong do I need to be to be a yoga sculpt teacher? To be a yoga sculpt teacher, you should love to take yoga sculpt classes and have taken many of them before you sign up to learn how to teach them (even if you have taken yoga sculpt at other studios, that's fine). It doesn’t matter if you are perfect at every move. What matters is that you show up and love sculpt!
