The Om Lounge Studios respects your privacy. This section explains what information we collect when you use our website, our mobile app, or our studios in East Liberty and the Strip District in Pittsburgh, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Contact and account details: your name, email address, phone number, and login details when you create an account.
  • Booking and purchase details: classes, memberships, workshops and events you book or buy, attendance, cancellations, and payment history. Payments are handled by our payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers.
  • Health and safety information you choose to share: such as injuries or pregnancy you tell an instructor about, or waiver acknowledgements.
  • Text messaging details: your mobile number and your consent (opt-in) and opt-out choices.
  • Device and usage information: app and website activity, device type, and similar technical data.
  • Photos: wide-angle class photography as described in the Media Release above.

  • To create and manage your account, bookings, and memberships.
  • To process payments and send receipts.
  • To send class reminders, schedule changes, waitlist updates, and account alerts.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we send text messages to the mobile number you provide. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Full details are in the SMS Text Messaging Terms above.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio, such as our scheduling and app platform (Mariana Tek), payment processors, email and text messaging providers, and website and analytics tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our community.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
