Jenni Ripepi

Instructor, RYT 200

Jenni has been teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness for 5 years.  She was led to her yoga mat during college as a modality of exercise and stayed for that zen feeling after practicing that she desperately needed amidst stress and health issues.  When she lost her job amidst the pandemic, she took a leap of faith into her 200-hr YTT with The Om Lounge in 2021.  After many years of small, mindful habit changes, she loves holding space, both online and in-person, for those who also struggle to slow down and be present in their mind and body.  She’s passionate about sharing her simple tips with busy, working professionals to help them find relaxation and rejuvenation in the midst of their busy workday through her yoga classes and podcast, The Zen Break.  When she's not teaching, you can find her walking her dog Sadie with her husband, bird watching or spending time reuniting with her Pittsburgh family and friends.  In her classes, you can expect a feel good flow and dharma to help you balance being busy and enjoying life with moments of bliss.
