Liv Williams

Yoga has given Liv (she/they) a lens to see her anxiety for what it is and a language to address it with compassion. She is incredibly grateful for the practice of yoga and considers herself a lifelong learner with the intention of passing that on to others.

Liv’s classes not only strengthen the body with a focus on mobility and flexibility. They also soothe the mind and uplift the spirit using purposeful breathwork and grounding techniques. Liv’s students should feel empowered as they enter class to learn the tools to navigate a heat-building flow and leave classes radiating in a post-yoga glow.
