Ryan’s yoga journey began with the goal of becoming better from an injury. It became a focus in his life when he realized he was becoming better at everything else, too. A better runner, cyclist, swimmer, meditator, communicator, leader, husband, father. His yoga journey continued further when he looked to deepen his personal practice through Yoga Teacher Training, and discovered the rewards that are unique to creative vinyasa. Influenced by his background in power yoga and Ashtanga, Ryan’s classes maintain focus on the core components of breath, alignment and being present, while methodically building sequences that enable the opportunity for growth. Expect flows that provide opportunities to build strength and discover demanding and challenging peak poses.
