The Om Lounge Studios Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Welcome to The Om Lounge Studios ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a class or membership, creating an account, booking a class, downloading The Om Lounge app, or attending class at either of our Pittsburgh locations (East Liberty and the Strip District), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Class Purchases and Memberships

There are no refunds for class purchases. Once purchased, classes remain in your account.
Memberships may not be refunded or returned.
All memberships (except New Client Special and Explore Unlimited) include worry-free auto-pay, billed monthly, and require a 3 month contract.
If you purchase a contract, you are required to complete full payment for the entire contract (3 months), even if you cancel before the end of the contract. After that, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership at any time. You may cancel online through your member profile.

Booking Classes

Cancellations, Late Cancels and No Shows

You must cancel your class reservation at least 12 hours before class start time if you cannot attend.
For workshops and special events, you must cancel at least 24 hours before start time or you will be charged as if you attended.
A no show is charged a $20 fee. A late cancellation is charged a $15 fee.
These fees apply the same way if you are using class credits. You do not lose the credit; you are charged the fee.
The same fees apply to Bounce classes. No exceptions.
We do not accept voicemails or emails for cancellations.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. If you will be up to 5 minutes late, please call our front desk and we will wait for you. If you do not call, we cannot hold your space, you will forfeit your spot, and you will be considered a no show. There are no refunds for late arrivals.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

I understand that yoga, yoga sculpt, and bounce (rebounder) classes include physical movement as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction and relief of muscular tension. As with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask the instructor for support. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages which may occur through participation.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Rebounder classes are not recommended and are not safe under certain medical conditions. By agreeing to these terms, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such fitness programs. I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or am post-natal or post-surgical, I affirm that I have my physician's approval to participate. I alone am responsible for deciding whether to practice yoga, yoga sculpt, or rebounder classes, and participation is at my own risk. I irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have in the future against The Om Lounge Studios and its instructors.

If I bring a guest to the studio, I acknowledge that I have made my guest aware that they practice of their own free will, that they may not hold The Om Lounge Studios responsible for any injuries or illness, and that my guest releases The Om Lounge Studios from any and all damages which might occur through participation at the studio.

Media Release

From time to time, the Studio Owner may authorize photography to be taken during class by a designated content creator or the Studio Owner for marketing and promotional purposes. These photos consist primarily of wide-angle shots that focus on the overall class environment and the instructor. Students will not be individually identified or featured in close-up shots without prior permission.

Every effort will be made to ensure that any photography is conducted discreetly and minimally, with respect for the class experience and the privacy of our students.

By attending class, students acknowledge and agree that the Studio Owner retains the right to use such photographs to promote the studio's offerings and events. Students further agree not to hold the Studio Owner liable for the use of these images in accordance with this policy.

SMS Text Messaging Terms

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from The Om Lounge Studios ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include class reminders, booking and waitlist confirmations, schedule changes, membership and account alerts, promotional offers, event announcements, and customer support follow-ups. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Message Frequency

You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your activity and interactions with us.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

4. How to Opt Out and Get Help

You can unsubscribe the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START. For help or more information at any time, reply HELP to any of our messages. 5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This agreement serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Pennsylvania.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use our website, app, or studios after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Text messaging details: your mobile number and your consent (opt-in) and opt-out choices.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio, such as our scheduling and app platform (Mariana Tek), payment processors, email and text messaging providers, and website and analytics tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our community.

Data Retention and Security

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
